We are currently looking to hire a full-time eCommerce Administrative Assistant at our Pretoria Head Office.

As the eCommerce Administrative Assistant, you will support the team in executing day-to-day operational tasks spanning across all aspects of our eCommerce business. This role requires the ability to follow and optimize processes, clearly communicate cross-functionally and adhere to deadlines. 

This is a fast-paced, ever-evolving position; we are constantly changing and finding new ways to innovate our customer experience. If you are comfortable wearing many hats and have a strong ability to multi-task, this is the role for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Organize and distribute incoming communications to the correct team members.
  • Assist in various day-to-day tasks; order fulfilment, inventory checks, content gathering, meeting setup, etc.
  • Oversee QA and ensure the integrity of site and customer's orders.
  • Point person for eCommerce administrative processes and details; assist wholesale customers, in-store shoppers, invoice creation, PO creation and other admin tasks.
  • Organize, manage and maintain department documents, calendars and roadmaps.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing and social media content. 
  • Responsible for all local errands. 
  • Pop-shop and weekend market management.


  • 2+ years digital, eCommerce or technology related experience preferred.


  • Shows a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills with emotional intelligence.
  • Well versed in O365; Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint or similar software.
  • Experience with Sage One a plus. 
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Valid driver's license and own car

Starting Salary 

  • Negotiable to market rate for experience level
