Rattan and Grass Care
To maintain the longevity of your basket, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or excessive moisture, which can weaken the natural fibers. For cleaning, gently dust or wipe with a damp cloth and allow the basket to air dry.
Indoor/Outdoor Use
While our baskets can be used both indoors and outdoors, they should not be left exposed to the elements for extended periods, as weather conditions can cause wear and tear.

Product Quality
We are committed to providing products that are free from material defects and meet the quality standards set by the Consumer Protection Act of 2008 (CPA). Should any defects arise within the first six months of purchase, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund, provided that the product has not been misused or damaged through improper care.
Returns and Refunds
In compliance with the CPA, customers may return goods within 14 days of receipt if they are not satisfied with the product. However, returns must comply with our return policy, which requires the product to be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Variations in Handmade Products
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, shape, and color are inherent. These variations are not considered defects but rather unique qualities of the craft. Customers acknowledge these differences when purchasing handmade items.
Product Safety
All Basketly products are made from natural materials that are non-toxic and safe for everyday use. However, baskets are not designed for use by young children or as containers for food unless lined with a food-safe material.
