Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Ozow, PayFast, and PayFlex.
Card Acquiring and Security
Card transactions for Basketly will be processed via PayFast and PayFlex, while instant EFT payments can be made via Ozow. These platforms offer secure payment processing with industry-standard encryption. No card details are stored on the website. For more information, please refer to:
Customer Details Separate from Payment Details
Customer details will be stored by Basketly separately from payment details, which are entered by the client on Ozow, PayFast, or PayFlex's secure platforms.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to cardholders is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Basketly takes full responsibility for all aspects relating to transactions, including the sale of goods and services offered on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and the delivery of goods.
Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa, and Basketly chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notices, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
