Frequently Asked Questions

How are your baskets measured?

Please read the product description for each item. Most of our measurements are in the order of Height x Width. The measurements are given in centimetres and are taken from the outside edge of the basket, a handle height will be given if the handle is fixed.

Due to the products being handmade, the sizes and colours may vary. Sizes may vary between 2-3 cm  in height or width. Should you require an exact size, please contact us. 

Do you make custom product sizes?

Unfortunately, we cannot custom make baskets to size.

Which size basket should I buy to fit my plant's pot?

If buying a basket for your plant, you will need to buy a basket slightly bigger than your pot size. For example, your plant pot is 170 mm, you will need to buy a basket that is at least 180 mm or bigger depending upon the type of your plant. 

Are your baskets lined with plastic?

Our black bottom planter baskets are lined with plastic, for the other items, we recommend using a plastic bag and a drip tray. Always water your plants outside of the baskets to avoid water damage.

I am struggling to add the correct product size to cart?

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be sent your tracking number and the link to the courier company's tracking system. Should you have any issues, please feel free to contact us. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Order Processing:
Please allow up to 24 business hours for your order to be processed, packed, and ready for courier collection.

Estimated Delivery Times (Business Days):

  • Gauteng: 1-3 days
  • Cape Town, Durban, and other major cities: 3-5 days
  • Outlying areas: 4-7 days

How do I cancel my order?

Only orders that have not been fulfilled can be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, please see our refund policy for more information. 

Do you offer wholesale prices?

We only offer wholesale prices to physical stores. Please contact us for more information.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, our showroom is open by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule an appointment. 

Can I collect my order?

Yes, on the shipping page, there is an option to collect your order. Once your order is ready, we will communicate with you via e-mail or Whatsapp to schedule a time to collect your package.

Collections orders can take up to 2-3 business days before they are available for collection.

Lovely quality. I have been looking for a sturdy, aesthetic laundry basket for a while and found most of them to be way over priced for the quality that you received. This basket is large, so well made and good value for money. Note that the lid is not attached to the basket, which did surprise me, because it did not look that way in the pictures.
