Shipping Policy

At Basketly, we are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. If you have any questions or concerns before placing your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email at shop@basketly.co.za.

Order Processing:
Please allow up to 24 business hours for your order to be processed, packed, and ready for courier collection.

Estimated Delivery Times (Business Days):

  • Gauteng: 1-3 days
  • Cape Town, Durban, and other major cities: 3-5 days
  • Outlying areas: 4-7 days

In the event of any complications with your order, please contact us at shop@basketly.co.za, and our team will work quickly to resolve the issue and get your parcel back on track. You can also reach out via direct message on Facebook or Instagram for assistance.

Local Collection:
Collection is by appointment only. Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to arrange a convenient time for collection between 08:00 and 15:00, Monday to Thursday, or between 09:00 and 14:00 on Fridays. Special arrangements can be made if necessary.

Remote Area Shipping:
For deliveries to remote areas, a surcharge of R250 - R850 may apply. This will be communicated via email, and you will have the option to request a refund if you do not wish to proceed with the surcharge.

Shipping Fees:
Our shipping fees vary based on the size and value of your order. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that this applies to online retail orders only and is not applicable for wholesale or trade-discounted orders.

November & December delays:
Due to increased pressure on our courier’s distribution network during this period, deliveries may take up to 14 additional days beyond our normal lead times.
